Summertime

As we enter the summer season, my plants have been in full bloom. I decided to take some pics of my house, and thought I'd give you guys another visual of my home sweet home. My house is nothing special as you know, but it's mine and I love it. I know the photos are quite small but I think you can click on them and they will enlarge.

Today was a really nice day, at least after I arrived, Snellville style. But seriously. Heather, you really out did yourself, the whole thing was your doing and it was beautiful- Katie, it was so nice to have a day dedicated to you, you got some goods and some good company to go along with it- and Leigh Ann, Happy Bday dear.. embrace the present, enjoy your mid 20s.. you deserve it.. in the words of Sheryl Crow.. "It's not having what you want, it's wanting what you've got. [So, go] soak up the sun!" Not to mention you did a damn good job with the shower games.

Despite my lack of knowledge about anything related to cuts of meat, metric conversions, or spices.. it was all a lot of fun. Not to mention, seeing Heather's amazing new house, Leigh Ann's stomping grounds, and D.T. Lawrenceville. All in all, quite a successful day/evening. I thank the three of you, and I count myself lucky to call you all friends. Lady sends a sloppy shout out, I'm off to bed.
