Indigo Girls..

After last night's show, I'm not sure if I'm going to be rushing back to see The Girls again anytime soon. I feel bad even saying that because they sounded phenomenal, I just wasn't feeling it last night. At the 5th song, I looked at my friend Bob and said, "well, they're 0 for 5"...

Yeap, that bad. They played a lot of stuff of "All That We Let In" and "Despite Our Differences" which might be my two least favorite albums from them. They managed to squeeze in "Mystery" and "The Wood Song", but other than that, I was pretty bummed.

Missy Higgins on the other hand sounded a-mazing. No really. I think I'm in love. ; )

But since you weren't able to attend, I took a few pictures for you:

I'm reaching with this one...but Ashley and I made a real life celebrity photo appearance on a website...(from the Eliz Glaser Carnival back in May). I just came across it again...I mean, I wasn't looking for it or anything...cause that would be crazy....I digress..

i'm ashamed and embarassed that it's been almost exactly 1 month to the day that i posted anything on this blog. i literally have had nothing to say. that or the fact that the last thing i want to do when i get home in the evening is log back onto a computer. however, for some reason, the urge to post just rushed over me. now, here i am. (still completely with nothing to say.) oh- i guess i could mention that i have a mild case of whiplash. oh and the worst part is how i injured myself. drum roll please.........i injured my neck simply by feeding justice. yes, it's true. i am that injury prone that i could actually get whiplash from reaching down and picking up justice's food bowl. thanks to my special friends darvocet and flexeril, i am much better as of today. a few good days of not being able to turn my neck in any direction was fairly painful. suddenly the knee tendon issue doesn't seem so bad anymore. i'm even contemplating returning to spin class in the next week or two (depending on the condition of my neck). yes, i know, I am a freak....but what would a day be like without kmslat hurting herself?? i mean, seriously!
