Why oh why have I spent the last 5 hours watching Season 4 of America's Next Top Model?? If I wasn't insecure before about my looks and my body, I sure as hell am now. Geez. What must it be like to be 5'10" and weigh 115lbs? Phew...what a life! Ps. The girl the the left, Naima is going to win the season I am watching. The cute blonde was the runner up.

Katie how do you find such programs to watch? You have found a new obsession with this show?
there was nothing on tv yesterday- pretty much all day. this was on vh1...so i practically watched the entire season in one fell swoop...scary, i know. now you'll have to excuse me while i go lose 15 lbs.
it gets worse. i'm now watching my sweet sixteen. holy god, i've reached the low of the low!
