You know you are getting old..

when you get excited about a new area rug. I'm sorry for the absence! I went to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with friends last week. It was gorgeous, when I get the pics from my bud I'll post a few. We saw a grizzly! But no worry, only safely from the car down below in a field. But it was also cool seeing a bald eagle, moose, elk, etc. in the wild. We did some great hiking and a little rafting. Both the Tetons and Yellowstone was awesome. Then I flew to VT for a few days to catch up with P before she headed to NY for grad school this summer. Speaking of, I'm going to NY for the 4th! And we are going to the Sox v. Yankees game. Luckily she's a Sox fan, I'd have a hard time cheering for the Yankees after years of being taught they are the nemesis. Ok, let's catch up soon. What did you say about coming to Nashville this summer? Time is flying by, better pick a weekend!

A few things..

1. MEP?? Where did you go? I swear you've disappeared into total oblivion. Come back, please!

2. I'm totally pimping out two of my favorite USA Network shows. One of them has the funniest ad running right now. If you haven't seen it, here it is below. I love these guys...talk about making you laugh...

This one is Burn Notice....yum...no really.

3. I saw a really great movie today...It's a Woody Allen film that I didn't even know existed called "Radio Days". My favorite part was that the "young" Woody Allen character was played by Seth Green at about age 12. I love that guy. Here's the 1st 5 minutes of the movie, if you haven't seen it, you should. It's hysterical and kinda poignant too... : )

The Big City

Ash and I just got back from our big adventure to LA. It was so nice to get out of town at least for a few days, but even more fun because it was a celebrity filled weekend. We worked at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation "A Time For Heroes Carnival". I didn't end up in many pictures...(Okay, I only ended up in the background of one), but still, it was fun.

I'm in the one above right above the little boy's head. Yeap, that's me in the white shirt.
This is a good one for Ash...you can seee him over Blair Underwood's right shoulder. Not bad, huh? The ones below show Ashley's sister (behind Lauren Conrad) and brother in law (behind Mischa Barton).

And these guys below...I took myself. Just in case you wanted to check out Heidi and Spencer as well as Perez Hilton....oh and Zach Levy from Chuck.

The caption should read...

"Why yes, as a matter of fact, I do think this is the Holiday Inn."
