so i was on imdb doing a little fact checking on some random movie. i'm trying to figure out who jonathan ward is. again, not really important. anyway, i googled his name and clicked on images. some random people appear on the page...but in the midst of all the randoms, i came across this guy...

i have no idea who he is, but he's hot. actually, i do know who he is...he's jonathan ward. now check out this site. he's hot and brilliant. i think i'm in love.

i'm ashamed and embarassed that it's been almost exactly 1 month to the day that i posted anything on this blog. i literally have had nothing to say. that or the fact that the last thing i want to do when i get home in the evening is log back onto a computer. however, for some reason, the urge to post just rushed over me. now, here i am. (still completely with nothing to say.) oh- i guess i could mention that i have a mild case of whiplash. oh and the worst part is how i injured myself. drum roll please.........i injured my neck simply by feeding justice. yes, it's true. i am that injury prone that i could actually get whiplash from reaching down and picking up justice's food bowl. thanks to my special friends darvocet and flexeril, i am much better as of today. a few good days of not being able to turn my neck in any direction was fairly painful. suddenly the knee tendon issue doesn't seem so bad anymore. i'm even contemplating returning to spin class in the next week or two (depending on the condition of my neck). yes, i know, I am a freak....but what would a day be like without kmslat hurting herself?? i mean, seriously!
